Many Calms pieces are made to order. Production times may vary depending on the design and materials. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Made to order pieces means production begins after the order is confirmed and typically takes 3-8 weeks to complete. 

Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped insured and require signature confirmation upon delivery.
Shipping carriers may include trusted providers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on destination.

Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on shipping method and destination. Once an order ships, you will receive tracking information.
Calms is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact us promptly so we can assist with a carrier claim.
