Founded by Jennifer O’Brien in Brooklyn, New York, Calms is rooted in the belief that jewelry should feel grounding and that everyone deserves more calm.

Calms draws inspiration from antique heirlooms, nautical themes, and art deco architectural details. The first collection reimagines nautical symbolism. Forms echo the language of water including repetition, reflection, and balance. 

Calms offers bespoke engagement rings, wedding bands, heirloom redesign, and one-of-a-kind commissions created with intention and precision. 

Efforts to prioritize sustainability is embedded in choice of materials, packaging, and process. Calms works exclusively in solid recycled 18k gold, platinum, and lab-grown diamonds. We source and certify all larger diamonds with GIA and IGI to ensure quality and transparency. Materials are chosen for permanence, weight, and clarity so that your pieces last generations. Every piece is designed and handcrafted in the historic Diamond District in the heart of New York.
