Refund policy

We do not accept returns. Each Calms piece is either a one-of-a-kind piece or made to order, therefore we do not accept returns.

Select designs at Calms are released as one-of-a-kind pieces featuring unique gemstones or individually crafted settings. Because these designs cannot be replicated or restocked, all one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Made to order pieces are crafted specifically for the client at the time an order is placed. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed.

Our jewelry is produced slowly and individually through a process that includes stone sourcing, custom production, quality checks, and hand finishing. As a result, all sales are considered final sale.

Order Review
We encourage clients to review their order carefully before completing a purchase, including:

•    Size (like ring size) 
•    Stone selection
•    Engraving details
•    Shipping information

Custom & Bespoke Designs are final sale 
All bespoke, custom, and personalized pieces, including items with engraving, custom stone sourcing, or modified designs, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you believe you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at concierge@calmsjewelry.com. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.

Production Variations
Each Calms piece is crafted by hand. Slight variations in finish, stone characteristics, or small details may occur and are considered part of the individuality of fine jewelry. These natural variations do not qualify as defects.
